Order Processing & Shipping Days

 


We ship orders daily Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays).


Orders are typically processed as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed. In some cases, processing may take an additional business day during peak periods.

 


 

 

No Friday Shipping for Perishable Items

 


To protect product quality, we do not ship perishable items on Fridays. This helps avoid extended transit time over the weekend.


If your order includes perishable items and is placed late in the week, it will ship the next available shipping day (generally Monday).

 


 

 

Delivery Times (Estimates)

 


While we use 2-day shipping services, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

 

  • Weather or natural events

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

 


We are not responsible for carrier delays, but if your shipment is delayed or arrives with an issue, contact us and we will assist you.

 


 

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

 


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional transit time may occur and reshipment may not be possible for perishable products.

 


 

 

Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 


 

 

Perishable Deliveries (Important)

 


For perishable items, we strongly recommend that you:

 

  • Ship to an address where someone can receive the package, and

  • Retrieve the package promptly upon delivery
